I considered watching TV in bed a luxury. Armed with a glass of wine and a box of chocolates this is my idea of heaven. Unfortunately not too long ago my husband became quite ill and had to spend a lot of time in bed. We had a small television set in the bedroom but it was quite old and didn’t always work well.

We had a search on the internet and read all about incredible TV beds, so decided to go ahead and make a purchase. This would certainly help my hubby relax more having to spend so much time in the bedroom. It would stop him from getting so frustrated with the old television.

We decided to buy the bed and the inbuilt television, what a great choice. You only have to touch the remote control for the television to smoothly rise up giving a great picture and wonderful sound. The screen itself is slim, superb to watch and magically appears from the foot of the bed. My husband is absolutely delighted with the bed as well as the TV. It seems to be helping him on the road to recovery.

The kids enjoy lying on the bed watching the TV too. Sometimes we all pile onto it to catch our favourite movies, it’s a great way to relax and the mattress is extremely comfortable too. During the daytime when the children are at school, my husband also plugs his laptop into the television. He does a little bit of work and plays games. It’s helping him to recuperate, I’m so glad we made up our minds to buy it.

We bought a king size bed as we both like to have a lot of space while asleep. The TV bed gives us a sense of luxury and comfort while at the same time my husband has the opportunity to recuperate. I am sure he’ll soon be back on his feet although he is really enjoying being pampered and being looked after.

When he is fully recovered I feel certain we shall both spend a lot of time in our TV bed, curled up watching a good thriller. I love the way it opens up at the bottom of the bed, such a smooth operation.

The children both want one in their bedrooms, so I guess we shall have to start saving. It will be a good idea because their rooms are a bit on the small side and they both have free standing TVs. The only problem is we shall never see them as, if they are like my husband, they will spend every minute lying on the bed watching the incredible pictures the television gives.

I for one fully endorse this wonderful TV bed, why not buy one too. Ours has brought an exciting alternative to home entertainment. We are certainly spending more time together when the kids are asleep watching enjoyable programmes on the TV bed. The bed provides comfort and the TV has a certain style.
